How to add a Non-conformance event manually

How to add a Non-conformance event manually

Here at Unavin there is an opportunity to add a Non-conformance event manually.
Please follow these steps to create a new Non-conformance event :
1. Select  Non-conformance in the main menu on the left.




2. Press “+Add manual“ button in the top right corner of the screen.



3.  Next window will allow you to select:

- Driver from engaged list;
- Type of event
- Event Date;
- Event time;
- Event time zone;
- Write Event description;
- Upload Attachments as much as necessary;
- Write Attachment notes.



4. Deferent Types of events require additional data to be filled in.
 Fatigue:
- Breach description.


Overload:
- Gross mass.



Speeding:
- Location string;
- Vehicle;
- Speed;
- Speed limit.



Waypoint speeding:
- Geofence label;
- Location string;
- Vehicle;
- Speed;
- Speed limit.


5. Once ready hit "Proceed" button. You will be redirected to the Non-conformance tab.
