How to add Requirements for a Contract

How to add Requirements for a Contract

Requirements are the documents, that your business may raise for the other party to satisfy. There are different types of requirements (document/file to be uploaded, form to be completed etc) and different regularity settings available to meet all typical compliance needs.

Adding a requirement is a few steps process. You start with selecting the type of requirement:

A "Document" requires the other party to upload a file in response. You will be able to select the regularity with which they have to subsequently re-upload the changes if required, or it may be a one-off document.

Finally, you will attach files that will be available for the other party to assist with their response if necessary. You may add multiple such attachments to your requirement.

Please follow these steps to add a Requirement:

  1.  Log in to your Business User Interface and select “Network“ in the main menu.

  2.  In the Network sub-menu select “Contracted

  1. Choose the Contract to which you want to add the Requirement.

     4.  Select Requirements (our) sub-tab.

  1.  Press “Add Requirement“ button top right of the  Requirements (our) sub-tab.

       6.    Next window will allow you to select the type of uploaded requirement.

7. Please add a Label and Description to best describe your requirement at the next step and press “Proceed” button.

      8.  Next window will allow you to set the regularity of the uploaded document with which they have to subsequently re-upload the changes if required, or it may be a one-off document.

Note:  Other party of the contract will be able to upload the document subsequently. This is useful for documents that may expire but have no particular regularity. Other party may provide an expiration date of a document they upload and the system will notify them in advance.

      -   Please tick the flag “Repeatable” and “Regular”.
      -   Choose the Frequency of the uploaded document in the drop-down menu.
      -   Type in the number of days in the field "Overdue notification (day)".
      -   Press “Proceed” button once you’ve done selecting.

Note: If the other party fails to properly respond to the requirement. Notification is sent to the user responsible for the contract on your end. Leave blank for no notification to be sent.

      9.  You can now attach files to the created requirement by selecting "Yes" or "No" in the pop-up window. These will be available for the other party to assist with their response.

      10.  You may add as many attachments as you need and click "Add" button.

      11.  If you would like to remove the attached files click "Remove" button on the right corner of the "Requirements (our)” sub-tab.

      12. You may preview the files by clicking on the attachments.
