How to create a Pipeline phase “Send Form to complete”

Here at Unavin, we’ve created Pipelines to help you automate and streamline your Non-conformance processing. Pipeline is basically a sequence of phases (steps) for the Non-conformance to go through to get finalised. By the steps, we mean actions that need to be taken, and processes completed. For example, notifications sent, forms completed and returned to the sender. There are multiple types of phases which can be reordered at any moment in time.

 

Please follow these steps to fill up the Pipeline structure with phase  "Send Form to complete":

1. Go to the Pipelines list and click on the Structure button on the right from the Pipeline name. 

2. Click the “+Add Phase“ button to add a new phase.

3. Select an action “Send Form to complete” you would like for your Pipeline to start with

4. Type in the name of the Form and Form legend.

5. Select Driver or Driver’s responsible manager for Policies Violation in the field  “Send to“.

6. You can add some fields to the Form. Press "Add field" button and select field type from pop-up menu.

7.  Once you have added the fields, click the button "Test Form" to view the form layout.  

8. The recipient of the Form will also receive a Notification. Fill in "Notification label" and "Notification Text".

9. If you want to wait for the Form to be completed before proceeding to the next phase, press the flag.

   Upon delivery of this Form to the recipient, the Asset Event will be held waiting for the Form to be completed and no further action will be performed until it is submitted.
   

10    Once you have filled in the fields, click “Save“, and the system will save this version of the Pipeline. 

Each time you change Pipeline structure Unavin will create a new version of the Pipeline and keep the record of all previous versions for your record.

11    In order to action on a Non-conformance  - you need to assign it to the saved Pipeline.

New Events can not be assigned to inactive Pipeline. Events that are currently in progress through this pipeline will remain there and will be processed as normal regardless of this flag.

12   Once you’re all done, Driver or Driver's manager will receive the Form and Notification.
