How to create Business User Account

How to create Business User Account

New employee details needed for the invitation:    First Name,    Last Name,    Email
Business Users (BU) are the employees of the Business Account (BA) therefore they can join BA by Invitation only. Each employee needs their own account to work in the Unavin. Business User data belongs to the Business and will stay with BA whenever employee ceases employment with the Business.
Note: Drivers employed or contracted by the Business have their own type of account Driver Account

If you are an employee, please contact BA owner to get invited.

If you are a BA owner, please follow these steps to invite your employees:
1. Log in to your Business Account
2. Go to Team on the main menu (left side of the screen)
3. In the Team tab press “+ Add User“ button (right top corner) and follow the system prompts to invite new team member.


Note: If your employees are going to use email addressed on your Business domain mail server 
(Example: employee@your-company-domain-name.com.au) make sure you set up email first and send invitation to this address. It is important as this email will become a login for the employee BU.
