Here at Unavin, we’ve created Data Export Profiles that carry settings that you may apply at any given moment in time to prepare, preview, and export some data. Data Export Profile has a type which defines the settings and parameters available for data extraction.
The result will be shown in tabular view with the option to proceed and send the extracted data to the designated recipient's email address.
Please follow these steps to perform Data Export Profiles:
1. In the Menu on your left select Data Export → Export Profiles.
2. Press “Add” button in the top right corner.
3. Select Export Type and put in Label for your Data Export Profile. Then press "Proceed" button.
4. Next step allows you to put the settings of the Data Export profile.
- General sab-tub: select Customer and flag "Is active";
- Delivery Configuration: put an email in “Recipient email address” field;
- Target Data Objects: flag in object types to search for.
Once you've done press "Save" button.
5. If you are to update a current setting - click on the “Edit“ button.
6. In the List of your Data Export Profiles hover mouse on the item you would like to run and click on the button with the arrow.
The Form is populated with Data Export Profile details. These settings will be used to generate the Extract. Once generated, the Extract will become available for review and export.
7. Set the Period of the Extract.
8. Choose a suitable Comparison:
- Compare with Allocations.
If checked, the Extract will have the missing objects highlighted. “Missing” in this case are considered objects that the Driver has not provided for the given date, while there was an Allocation assigned for such Driver on such date for the given Customer;
- Compare with Shifts.
If checked, the Extract will have the missing objects highlighted. “Missing” in this case are considered objects that the Driver has not provided for the given date, while there was a Shift such Driver associated with the given Customer.
9. Once you've done press "Preview" button.
10. There is an opportunity to change Extract's settings and parameters by pressing "Reset" button.
11. To download the generated Extract select "Download" button.
12. Now you can export Extract by pressing "Send" button.
