How to set up a Nightly Business Account Health Check (Night reports).
Here in Unavin we’ve created Nightly Business Account Health Check to help you maintain your Business Account. This report will show you if there are any problems with assets, users or account settings.
The summary of such an assessment is then sent as an email message.
Also, Business Users can check the Assessment Report on "Run BA Full Assessment" tab.
Please follow these steps to set up Night Business Account Health Check in your Business Account:
Log in to your Business Account (your ABN is a login)
Go to Preferences tab
Select Nightly BA Health Check sub-tab on the page
4. Fill in the email address.
If the "Recipient" field below is left blank, the message will be sent to the Business Account owner's email address.
There is an opportunity to set multiple email addresses, separating them with a comma.
Flag the settings for the “no issues found“ report to be suppressed. When this is ticked, no nightly report will be sent if no issues have been found.
