How to update Driver's employment details

How to update Driver's employment details

Please follow these steps to update the Driver's employment details:

1. Go to your Unavin Business User Account.
2. Click on the Drivers item in the main menu.


3. Choose Engaged in the sub-menu.



4.  Click on the Driver you would like to update.

5.  Select Employment Details sub-tub.



6.  Click on  “Modify “ button to open Employment details.



7.  Next window allows you to set up  Employment details by entering:
- Driver Base;
- Driver Base Time Zone;
- Employment Type;
- Fatigue Option.

Note : Fatigue Option - The work and rest hours option of the Driver of a fatigue-regulated heavy vehicle is the maximum work requirements and minimum rest requirements applying to the Driver under the HVNL.
Where Drivers are using the Unavin Driver App for driving hours compliance this setting is used by Unavin to estimate future work and rest requirements and detection of breaches of the HVNL. When using the "forced" options Drivers are not able to switch between work and rest options, meaning changes to work and rest options can only be made by administrators.
Once you have done, press "Update" button.
