How Driver can add Load Records

Here at Unavin, there is an opportunity to add Load Records, to help you maintain your Driver Account.
A Load Record (LR) may come with a Vehicle or without one (e.g.assets that do not belong to switched Organisation) so the Driver can record LR, but there can be no Vehicle since the Driver is working on equipment outside of UV reach).
 Adding Load Record is available from the Driver App as part of the Load Trip flow only if BU On module Orders and Trips (see  How Driver can start Delivery Trip ).
With module Orders and Trips Off Driver can add Load Record outside the Work state.

Please follow these steps to add Load Record:
BU with module Orders and Trips off
1.   Go to Unavin Authorisation page.
2.   Sign in by typing your Driver's Licence details as a Login (LicenceNumber@Licence State) and fill in the Password.
3.   In the Menu on your left select Current Timeline tab.



4.  Press  "+" button on the bottom left corner to start adding Load Record.



5.   Select “Add Load Record” button.



6.   Please, ascertain you select the correct asset in the next window and press "Proceed" button.



7.   There is a Load Record Form on the next screen.
     Fill in details:
  • Vehicle Reference; 
  • Docket Number;
  •  Gross Weight;
  • Tare Weight;
  • Net Weight;
  •  Loading Location; 
  • Unloading Location;
  • Axle group combination. If necessary, you can add more Axle groups.
  • Add Attachments.



8.   Once you've done, press "Save" button.



9.   Business User can see the saved Load Records on Compliance tab - Load Records sub-tab.



10.   If Overload has been detected the saved Load Record will have a red indicator next to the subject.
