How to receive / accept / decline a Driver Account Invitation
Details required: Unavin Account details, Invitation Code
Here at Unavin we believe that Drivers should own their data and that is why we created Driver Account where Driver can see and maintain all current details: store, share and update personal data, see and search historical data, schedule and much more. We have ensured that the data and records generated by the Driver can be managed by the Driver without the need for extra privacy and security risks for the businesses that engage drivers.
Driver Account is for the Employees or Contractors who are going to be employed or are already employed as Drivers.
You don't need Driver Account if you are an employee of the Transport Operator or any other Business and you occasionally need to drive vehicles on their territory. (read more on Business User Account) Note: You can only accept/decline Invitation once it is received in your Unavin account.
Please follow next steps to check/receive an Invitation in Driver Unavin account:
1. Go to Unavin Authorisation page and Login into your Unavin account or create one (How to create Driver account).
2. Once logged in paste your Invitation code and press “Receive“ button
3. Now you can see new Invitation in the Invitations list
4. Click on the company name in the Invitations list to see the Invitation details and Accept/Decline Invitation.
If you choose to Accept Invitation, press Accept button and we’ll notify Business Account that invited you and your details will be shared with them. They will now be able to complete the final step of employing you in their Business
If you choose to Decline Invitation press Refuse button and we will notify Business Account that invited you of your decision and your details will NOT be shared with them.
